braxton hicks or contractions...

Last weekend i had what im guessing braxton hicks because it wasnt very painful and wasnt progressing but it was all night every 5 minutes. My midwife told me to take a tylenol and if u can sleep throught it then its not labour so i did and i slept. Now 4 days later (today) i had the same thing again all night but it kept me awake all night even with tylenol but never changed from 10 minutes apart and iv had them all day as well and they are deffenitly more painful than last time cuz i cant walk or move when they happen but the time apart just wont change!!!! im due on saturday and im so tired of this feeling and pain but no change for the past 12 hours.....is this just fake contractions again or can this be the starting of labour? I hope it doesnt last like thos for days :(
