breast leak..

I'm an ftm and wanna know when do the breast start leaking.. I'm trying to avoid any embarrassing moments.. lol

With my first pregnancy I did not leak until after I had my son and it was when I was home with no bra on. it only seemed to happen when I was holding him though. like my boobs just knew he was in my arms .

I leaked quite a bit around 20 weeks to 30 weeks and then it just stopped, it was kind of nice when I stopped leaking because It was annoying and my breasts hurt all the time. I'm not worried that I won't produce milk though because of the fact that a lot of people don't leak colostrum at all

I started leaking colostrum at 15 weeks I'm 21 weeks now and I NEED to wear breast pads cause I leak like crazy lol

I'm 39+1and haven't leaked. I've looked it up and not everyone does, so like the above posters are saying, it's different for everyone and may not even happen.

I'm 22 +5 first pregnancy and just started leaking, only a few awkward drops at first but now at night it leaks more than I'd like, at least it's at night though!

My 1st I started leaking at about 22 weeks but really only when the hubby played with em when I was bfing omg I was leaking every 2 hrs in the beginning I used the cotton washable breast pads this time im 23 weeks n nothing yet

Thats lucky .. I would leak through anyhing and everything. I remember when I was first starting out I leaked through the whole pad, my bra, and shirt but I know I had an over supply.

The first time mine leaked both pregnancies were in the middle of the night when I had my bra off and I never leaked thru my bra even when nursing...but it would get very wet if I didn't wear a nursing pad

Everyone is different. Some start leaking around 20 weeks and then some dont leak until after baby. If you want to avoid it you could always start buyin pads now and use them but thats up to you.
