different pains ??

I have 26 days left , my son weighs a little over 6 lbs. I've been having like cramping on my lower back, & sharp pain on my right side of my stomach. & it comes & goes my doctors assistant said for me to go to the hospital , but I didn't think it was a big a deal so I didn't go , I have so much pressure on my vagina its unbearable. You guys think I might have the baby early ??? Ftm

If the doctors assistant said to go it might have been a good idea. I would probably go in and get checked out if its that bad.
