No it can't. Its actually recommended that as your breasts grow and while breast feeding to sleep in a bra to decrease the chance of getting stretch marks on your breasts and for comfort. They sell nursing bras specifically for sleeping in.

I slept in a sports bra almost all through my pregnancy, I still have a ton of stretch marks on them so that's a myth but my milk supply is fine, my baby is 3 weeks

Your body has probably just adjusted to how much milk your baby needs. If your worried about your production nursing more frequently ans pumping in between, even if you get nothing, will help to increase your supply. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

Maymommy as far as getting stretch marks even though you wore a bra every women varies and some people are going to get them no matter what you do. Unfortunately I'm one of them and have stretch marks everywhere. My skin just has poor elasticity.

actually if its tight it can affect your supply..so make sure it's fitting and not squeezing! i also would wait til about 4 weeks when your supply is well established to pump. the things you said, breasts not feeling as full, can't easily express milk, etc. is signs of a growth spurt, baby may eat constantly, act fussy like he/she isn't getting enough, is also signs.. keep with breastfeeding and don't supplement with formula, your body will catch up with the demands your baby needs and it will pass.

I personally start pumping around 2 1/2 weeks. I would nurse her first and then pump after she finished. It helped to increase my supply. Now I wouldn't pump instead of nursing too early on because that could negatively affect your supply.
