breast or bottle? poor milk supply?

Which are you ladies going to do? I'm undecided. I think if I was going to give my son breast milk I will express it and use a bottle to feed him with it. As my partner will be able to bond with him aswell being able to feed. But I'd just like to get some ideas of what other mothers are doing to help me make a decision. I'm just worried I won't express enough milk as my breasts are very small!  I'm 31weeks atm and my boobs haven't grown what so ever so I don't know if that means I have a poor milk supply?

My advice is if you decide breast milk don't strickly pump also let baby feed from boob because just pumping doesn't stimulate your boobs enough and your supply dries up. That's what happened to me and no one told me that could happen and I'm pretty sad that I can no longer give my son what's best for him :/ Not to mention I lost 38lbs in 3 weeks lol

I had my little girl a few days ago and my supply cane in better than I expected... I have no problem feeding... They told me not to pump for 3 weeks. But I'm producing so much I do pump at night.

If I don't make enough breast milk I'm going to supliment with formula. Still use as much breast milk as I can produce.

The size of your breasts now don't determine whether or not you will have a good supply, after you have the baby drink lots of water, avoid caffeine and eat a healthy well balance diet and you should be fine, I've breast fed both my children and my breasts didn't grow until after birth.

The size of your breasts doesn't directly correlate with milk supply. I have a friend with very small breast and she breastfed and had to pump so much she actually gave her breast milk to her neighbor who had no milk supply and didn't want to formula feed, so she was feeding two babies adequately

I have small breasts as well and I'm 37 weeks....I do know that your actual milk supply doesnt come in until a few days after you give birth!!!!! I will be breastfeeding and pumping to do the same for my boyfriend to have that experience!!!
