I'm just so freakin confused. I have no idea how they go on, sure as hell didn't come with instructions. Both sides are sticky and my nipple sticks to it and it hurts. I just don't understand. Can someone help me. I KNOW I probably sound stupid but I'm serious. Hah.

I officially feel like the biggest idiot ever!!!!! My brothers girlfriend just showed me how to "open" it instead of just taking it out of the wrapper.  Lolol

I have avent brand. It came with 20 night pads and 2 day pads. The 2 day pads only have one sticky side. But the night time ones seriously have two sticky sides. I tried to just peel the paper off one side and put that side in my bra and leave the peel on the other side on bc nipples hurt so bad when the sticky gets stuck. But the paper hurts it too. I wish I could post pictured of it.

Lol your fine and it should be only one side sticky. What brand do you have?? Cause you might just need to open it
