The hospital you deliver at might offer classes. They have lactation consultants whom you can speak to while you are there. People in the old days didn't have much to go off of. It's mainly common sense.
Go to the library or a bookstore and pick up books on breastfeeding.
There will be a breast feeding expert nurse at the hospital to.coach you while you are there and they will keep in touch with you when u take.baby home dont stress about it they will make sure everything goes smoothly for you..
Agree to check with classes. Also my pump came with an instruction manual and so I kind of went off that. Youtube is a good source also.
Dependa on where you live but most places have public nurses or something in the community to help. All I can say is stick with it its not easy but is so worth it.
I took a class in the hospital the day afer my daughter was born, but I also watched some videos on youtube that teach you how!
