My sister used cabbage leaves and they work for her. Mine dried up mostly dur to infection. It's def uncomfortable. My experience last time is making me bot want to breastfeed this time around. Who wants a 104 fever when trying to care for newborn. It was horrible.

Just express a small amount to make it less uncomfortable. How long it takes will depend on how much you were producing. When I've stopped breastfeeding my two other babies I slowly eliminated one feeding at a time.

Did they not give you a shot to dry your.milk up at the hospital (assuming you already had your baby and are bottle feeding) that's what they have done for everyone I knew who bottle fed. If not you can get a head of green cabbage and pull some of the leaves off and place them on your breasts. Keep them on constantly (obviously change them out) and your milk will dey up

Wrap your boobs up really tight with an ace bandage and then put a sports bra on..I've also heard putting cabbage on them can help but I never tried that
