I'm in this situation right now. No you do not have to have another unless you are high risk or other complications. I am wanting a vbac this time but just a warning... its really hard to find a vbac supportive doctor. I'm in Florida and its one of the worst states because most doctors aren't willing to try. Do your research. Most docs try to scare you out of doing it but don't tell you the risks of a repeat c section are just as bad if not worse. I'm all for vbacs and am really pushing to have the experience of bringing my child into the world.

You could do a vaginal birth. But you would have to find a vbac doctor.

No, not true. My first was c section, then I had 2 vaginal afterwards. Best thing to do is leave at least 18 months between pregnancies after a c section to try and go vaginal afterwards, at least that's what my doctor told me.

No but your doctor will recommend it I had a emergency c section with my 1st and I asked my doctor if it was possibe to have it natural and he told me that's not a good idea I could tear into my rectum and its safer to just proceed with a c section

No its not true. Some women just opt to have a repeat. For me ive had all c sections due to complications with my first and it made the most sense for me to have repeats..
