c section skin ??
Just wondering will skin on belly hang down after a c section and be very hard to tone again ?
Mine didn't hang down. Bodies change a little after baby, but I don't think it's worse with a c section. I hope yours go well :)
Its about the same as with a regular delivery. It varies greatly from person to person. Many women have a slight over hang of skin after a baby. Its normal and sometimes you can't really tone it but you can tone the muscles to fill it out a little bit.
