caffeine allowance

So before i was pregnant my drinking favs where coke, cider, tea and water.  But obviously your only allowed 200mg a day. So That's two teas and a can if coke... can anyone recommend and exciting drinks.. lemonade and flavoured water is getting boring..btw im 10 weeks 4days so only at the beginning :)

Thanks for the advice, I'll defo try powerade/ginger ale when working and juice when not as i suffer from IBS and never know how i will react with juice.. just can't seem to resist the fizzy caffeine

Ginger ale! Caffeine free and has a soda taste. The only thing to be mindful of is the amount of sugar. But I drink at least one a day, sometimes two, and balance it out with water the rest of the day.

Blue powerade is really good but try to drink juices!

I get things like Powerade or Gatorade zero's, juice, non caffeinated sodas for days I crave etc.

I drank Dr.pepper with my son because I craved it I tried to stop but the cravings were crazy! But he's 8 months and doing just fine so I don't plan on stopping with this baby :) good luck
