This is my first time ever posting a question. But anyway, I am 27 weeks today, and for the majority of my second trimester and even now I have the hardest time sleeping. Getting comfortable and staying that way is an issue. My sleepless nights are obviously from my naps in the day, but I can't help it I get so tired!! After eating mainly. And at night my bed is too high to just hop off of so I have to manuvrr on and off 20 times to use the restroom. Can nvrr seem to sleep til 4a.m. and then I will even get up a few hours later at times. I know sleep is going to be a thing of the passed but
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions??
