As the previous ladies mentioned. It is normal to change your eating habits. All I would eat is Townhouse crackers, fruits, soups. In addition to that  I would always drink gignger ale. That really helps.  I did discuss the concern with my ob and he provided me some ZOFRAN. That was very helpful.

Eat small portions. When I experienced nausea I made half a sandwich or made small portions. Water and crackers helped too. As for a quick pick me up to soothe my nausea I ate peppermint candies and also ginger infused apples. Hope you feel better.

I am the same I'm nearly 7 weeks but I have an OCD which is caused by my extreme phobia of been sick! My dr told me it doesn't matter what you eat cause your body already has the nutrients the baby need in the first trimester hope this helps

Dont worry this is completly normal. I went through the exact same thing.  What helped me was eating small frequesnt meals and the only thing that I ate for weeks was soup and crackers and gingerale. hope that helps.
