I took it with my first pregnancy at 38 weeks at 10 p.m & started having contractions at 4 a.m & had my son at 7:56 a.m
my friend did it on her due date...she said she didnt have bad poops or puke at all, she had contractions but nothing serious, she did it again the next day and finally went into labor. she said her baby pooped a little bit inside of her (only at the end) bc she was 9cm for 5 hours and they gave her a c-section again...but the baby pooping wasnt caused from castor oil...
im not sure if i want to try it...i hear too many horror stories and it scares me too much
Thatswhat I told her about the pooping inside.. so idisland if she's gunna. Do it or not because of that. But everything we've read on it most women said it worked
I've known numerous women it didn't work for. It can you to become severely dehydrated by giving you diarrhea and nausea. It also can cause baby to have a bowel movement as well. I personally don't recommend it.
My mom and aunt did it and got extremely sick
omggg one of my friends said she is going to dehydrate herself to put herself in labor!!! i yelled her for that! why would you want to harm yourself like that? lol.
and sheesh...speaking of which...i feel like i took castor oil...ive got the BG's =[ and im 36wks tmrw....ugh i def wont need castor oil lol
wow!! i am 38w2d... i would love to hear the answers... How much quantity is to take to make it work.
I was reading it and it says mostly 2 table spoons with orange juice the orange juice makes it work betterm supposodly
I heard they more recently took out what was in castor oil that induced labor.
They cant take out what makes it induce labor, its a laxative essentially that makes your bowels stimulate uterus contractions.
