So I was curious if its ok to eat chinese food when pregnant?  I am craving it so badly today! (General chow)

As long as you don't eat raw or undercooked foods or unpasterozed products you are fine.

MSG is a favor enhancing agent that was add to a lot of food. You will be surprise how many difference type of food contain it, not just Chinese.
Even most sauce that was use for cooking and favoring contain a small amount of it. Not the end of the world but I won't load up on it either.

As one girl said on here a while back. Chinese people eat Chinese food, Mexicans eat Mexican food, ect. All while pregnant. Its definitely safe. I was craving general tso's awhile back too lol had to have it!!!

Sure. It's just food for me since I'm Chinese, lol.
Just make sure you drink plenty of water since the one from take out joint seem to have lot of salt. Same goes for most fast food.

Lol I eat it all the time. I'd stay away from places that have MSG in their food and not order anything with a lot of seafood, but otherwise you should be fine.
