chinese food?

Is it bad to eat it?? Someone told me you shouldn't when you're pregnant cuz of the msg, but I'm craving it sooooo bad. Would one time really hurt?

Not every chinese food has msg but thats what they are talking about when they say its bad to eat Chinese food. So maybe try panada no msg (:

Msg in moderation is OK. Just like other things. Don't eat it every day, but once in awhile is fine.

Yesterday my hubby took our daughter and I out for chinese, & not even 10 minutes after we ate, on our way home! I got sick, & threw it all up! :'( Guess the baby didn't want it! ;) Hopefully you can eat it okay! :)

I've had Chinese food a few times. As long as its cooked through you will be fine.
