Can I eat cinnamon? I read somewhere its bad for you ... I think it was cinnamon... of it is cinnamon and if it is bad why? And does cinnamon toast crunch ok to eat lol (my favorite cereal)

Cinnamon tea is whats bad. It induces labor, its what my family has used for centuries. So no cinnamon tea; I eat cinnabon all the time lol

Before it becomes harmful its healthy so go ahead eat em but dont overdose. .too much of anything is never good. ..

There isn't much cinnamon in those types of cereals. You have to consume a LOT of cinnamon each day for it to be harmful

Wait I've been eating the Kelloggs cinnabon cereal only twelve grams of sugar n I eat like two servings in one sitting i love cereal never heard of anything about it hope I'm not hurting anything

Cinnamon is a metabolizism stimulant and is great for you, but it is also a uterine stimulant, so don't consume large quantities daily. Cinnamon toast crunch is mainly sugar so I think you are fine eating that.
