Girl that mountain almost killed me. It's 5 miles around. 5 miles up. I barely made it 5 miles around so to go 5 miles up is torture! Lol. But it's beautiful and i enjoyed the scene! :)

Hey you stay in GA. I'm moving out to stone mountain next month (in Alpharetta right now) and I can't wait to start walking up that mountain. I weigh in at 240 as of this past Tuesday my weight goes up and down not sure way but since I've been pregnant my weight been between 236lbs - 242lbs and I'm healthy don't have no health problems

Drink lots of water and kick your feet up for the rest of the day. Try to incorporate some moderate walking into your daily routine. They say that being sedentary throughout pregnancy makes labor harder.

If your having pains, I would take it easy for the rest of the day & relax.  Kick ur feet up.  & make sure you're eating & drinking ok. You'll be fine.  Sometimes you can over do it.

I walked around Stone Mt. Today and I was wondering if I was doing too much. But I guess not. I definitely need to walk more though, I'm beyond out of shape!

Girl no it can't hurt your baby, you probably need to do it more often. Your pregnant you need to stay active long as your not doing no lifting of heavy objects or climbing ladders etc. But yes exercise is great for you and the baby.
