counting kicks

I'm 29 weeks and my little girls movements are starting to slowing down and she's having a lot of lazy time. About how many times should she move in 1 full hour? I don't remember from when I was pregnant with my first, my next appointment is in a week and I don't wanna wait that long to ask my Dr. Thanks!

Thanks!! I know all the "tricks", just needed a reminder about how many times it should be. I bought a big thing of bottled water and juice just in case I needed it. I wish my Dr had a sheet/chart with all that info, Mommas can't remember everything! My first was active right up till I had her.

I was told that you should have 10 kicks in two hours. If not to drink some cold water or juice wait an hour, gently shake your belly to wake up baby and lay on your left side and count the kicks. If you don't get any or not many to try again. If nothing a second time to call labor and delivery and tell them and they'll go from there. (My paper says they'll tell me to come in). This is all directions I got on a kick count chart from my doc.
