craving question!

I'm 11w 4d and I have been craving beef jerky, is it safe to eat? Ive read it is and I've read it isn't. Help!?

Just be careful with your sodium intake as preserved foods can have lots. Now I want some too! Lol

Beef jerky is all I could eat with my first and I gave birth to a healthy baby boy so I would say its safe to eat
