So I new that dates are very good for u in general but I googled dates during pregnancy and I came across this website where it said dates make labour easy and That they did a experiment on 80 ewomen 40 ate dates everyday for 4weeks before their due date and the others didn't the once that did had more energy and did not bleed much.dates are alsomentioned in the Quran where Mary was in so much pain when she was giving birth to Jesus that a voice told her to shake the tree and eat the dates.that alone convinced Me so ladies eat your dates
