Minimize your caffeine intake to one a day. Try eating an apple instead of drinking coffee and soda. One apple will give you more engergy than two cups of coffee, and its healthy energy. Stay away from energy drinks. They are not good for you during pregnancy. Also, get the naps in when you can. If you are in your first trimester, it is normal to be tired. I was exhausted and fatigued all the way through until my second trimester. I would fall asleep at work, and early every night. Your energy will come back, just make sure you are getting plenty of rest in the meantime. Eat healthy and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

It even says on the can of red bull- Do not consume if pregnant or breastfeeding!

Caffeine is also linked to miscarriage...

I would try avoid alot of coffee and energy drinks as they contain alot of caffeine, people say this is bad in early pregnancy.

Saying this, i didnt know i was pregnant until i was alomost 2 months gone and was drinking, smoking and partying heavily and eating and drinking whatever i wanted.

I have cut back on the smoking (now having 3 or 4 a day from what used to be 20) and havent drank alcohol since deciding to keep the baby.

Im now 22 weeks 2 days and despite my lifestyle before knowing i was pregnant my little girl is perfectly happy.

Fresh fruit is a good way to keep your energy up.

Eat healthy, instead of having a bowl of spaghetti for lunch, go for a salad there is a lot more energy in vegetables and fruits than there are in starchy foods.  I don't think Caffeine is a good idea when your pregnant though =( Also eat things that are made to give you energy, like Gaderade, Propel water, Life water, Energy bars etc.  Dont eat or drink anything that has too much caffene in your body, from what I have been reading being pregnant already increases your heart rate, you dont want to overdue it and hurt yourself =)
