dental!

Can you get a tooth removed while pregnant? My tooth is giving me horrible pain!! ;(

You can have a tooth removed . But you of course need to inform the dentist your expecting. There's different cautions they take , and pain medicine will be different if you even get any at all . Infections are a higher risk so the dentist may recommend waiting unless its unbearable and causing issues for you .

Yes! I had a root canal around when I entered my 2nd trimester. It could be better to do the root canal if the tooth can be saved. But you do have to have a release from your doctor to treat you and what medication can be used in your case. My root canal didnt hurt too bad, just the needles going into my gums, but partly because at my dentist office they are 'not so nice'  And I have to go back and get a crown sometime after I give birth.

Thanks ladies! I'm 33 weeks I'm going to TRY to bear with the pain because I know I will need some type of pain relief! I'm such a little girl. Lol
