If it below 120 is good. Just remember to eat healthy and watch your carb intake. Eat more protein with your meals and exercise daily. I have gestational diabetes and must take insulin for the rest of my pregnancy. I say as long as you eat healthy and exercise you should be fine.
I have gestational diabetes. Normal ranges in the morning/before a meal is under 90. 2 hours after a meal it should be under 140. That's of course if you actually eat the correct serving size of carbs and sugars vs protein
To have gestational diabetes it has to be at least 130 or 140
