I had a low lying placenta with my first two children. I had them both natural. You just have to be careful no sex or vigorous activity. Sometimes the placenta will move back into place also.

Mine has been low my entire pregnancy. It moved up enough away from my cervix by my 28 week appt. It's still "low", but my Dr assures me I can have a normal vaginal birth. I was never put on any restrictions, but just to not go overboard with anything. No long hikes or heavy lifting (not in my plans anyway!). If you have any bleeding at all, let your Dr know, but be aware it's more common when it's low and does not mean anything is wrong. Good luck with everything!

I have anterior placenta and was told that i should only be concerned if its plecenta pervia meaning a low placenta near the cervix idk if thats what u have but as long as u don't lift anything heavy or put pressure below u should be fine. I have heard thag when i have placenta pervia u will need a c section but maybe u should ask ur doctor more about this so u know what to expect.
