does anyone else have IBS symptoms that come and go?

I am almost 21 weeks along in my first pregnancy, and I keep experiencing IBS symptoms, some days worse than others. I keep getting told of constipation, but honestly I don't have issues with that.. but I want to know what I can do to help with the symptoms if anything. And does anyone else have to worry about these kind of issues?

Ive always had that problem even before pregnancy and nothing I can do about it unless I want them to run tests on me.. but during pregnant every once in awhile ill be constipated but then right back to the ibs problem oh lord lol

As weird as it sounds being pregnant I think has  helped/control/limit mine. (Not sure the right word for it) my symptoms are very minimal if any. After I have my princess im sure my body will react/do its normal issues again. So im just happy pregnancy didnt make it worse cuz I was worried that it would intensify them. Good luck!
