I don't drink milk period. I'm highly lactose now that I'm pregnant, so I drink smoothies... I'm scared to try a milk shake cause it has milk in front if it lol

Chocolate milk(nesquik) helps me with heartburn and also dizziness. I've drank it my whole pregnancy and everything is fine.

I crave chocolate milk its a have to have for me I go thru a gallon of milk every 2-3 days I also drink plan milk and have two daughters who like milk as much as me. I think there is nothing wrong with drinking chocolate milk your still getting your calcium

I made chocolate milk with the Hershey syrup in regular milk. As far as I know my babe is just fine.

Sadly im in love with candy so force my self to drink plain milk. Other wise id do choclate milk. ensure has a lot of other things you might not need everyday.

I'd be concerned about the sugar content of both, depending on how much you're drinking. Calcium intake can be increased in other ways, and you can certainly keep your fluid intake adequate without milk.

I drink chocolate milk every morning. I use Nesquik powder. Never thought anything wrong of it.
