If doc said I'm 2 cm dilated and 60% effaced, does that mean baby dropped?
That's been happening for weeks lol she was breech but the last app the doc said she was head down so I'm trying to see if that means she'll stay that way or not.
Not always. You'll usually be able to tell if your baby has dropped. It'll get a lot more uncomfortable and it'll get harder to walk and stand for long periods of time.
