I am an x-smoker of 2years but since becomin pregnant I am craving cigarettes. A friend recommend electronic cigarettes but are they safe to use?

But she has already quit. Surely starting again is pointless. I wouldn't say its fine to do at all.

From a smoker before I found out, I used mine to help me quit. You can use the ”juice” to taper down nicotine consumption so it's not so hard and stressful on you and bby. My Dr said it was fine especially if it was helping me quit and I can safely say it worked. After 5 years of smoking it made it easier to watch all those around,me still smoke. Not to mention it's only water vapor after you go to 0mg nicotine so you can still smoke it once in awhile and be okay. :-)  good luck. Btw I'm 36 Weeks 3 days and haven't had a real cigarette since about 10 Weeks. You can do it.

I agree with the comment above just stay away you want a healthy baby. You don't want to blame  yourself for any health problems your baby could develop

No they contain nicotine. You're best off keeping off your hard work and staying away from nicotine for your sake and babies xx
