episiotomy

Hi ladies. I gave birth almost a month ago. I had to have an episiotomy, 2nd degree, it was feeling better till about a week ago. Now im bleeding when I wipe it. And it hurts so bad when im trying to poop or when I pee it burns it. :/ idk what to do. Advice?

I had an episiotomy almost 5 months ago.
Don't wipe after you pee, dab it gently. ..wiping will cause irratation.

I agree, you should call your dr or go to the er to be looked at. I don't think it should still be hurting or start hurting again:/

Have you had any colored discharge other than white? Is there an odor when you wipe?
Use wipeys when you wipe instead of toilet paper

I would call your doctor or just go to the er. I can't imagine it being good if you got poop in an open wound :( I hope you feel better !!!

Have you been back for a post natal check up?
Is it possible it could be infected
