It certainly helps. I took it by mouth an inserted it but both my babies were late. However, I did go into labour on my own! It doesn't hurt to try!!

I started it at 37 weeks and by 38 weeks went from firm and not dilated to soft and dilated to a 2.

I started it like at 37wks, and inserted two vaginally, even poked a hole in them so they'd work faster. Also I drank like 3 cups of red raspberry leaf tea a day, and at exactly 38wks I started leaking fluid and had my son. Don't know if it was because of prim rose oil or not! This time around, I've been drinking the tea for a week now, im 30+6 but I don't really plan on doing the prim rose oil this time!

Ive never tried it, but I looked it up on WebMD and saw a bunch of side effects from it and it says it is not recommended to be taken by pregnant women so personally I woulnt chance it. nothing is gonna speed up your baby.
