if he doesn't take me to any appointments or anything isnt around me. is there any chance the court would let him see our kid at all?

If hes not on drugs or abusive,  then he has custody rights.  Once the courts get involved alot of decisions are out of your control. You should try to set up a visitation schedule with him that u both agree om. You both sign it and keep a schedule of if hes late or doesn't show up. That way u know if hes serious about being in childs life or just saying that to get back at u. Good luck

He definitely has a right to see his kid unless the court feels he is unfit. But right now you shouldn't stress it. Just focus on your baby.

Just because he is not on the birth certificate doesnt mean anything. When he takes you to court they will do a paternity test automatically and ehen he comes up as the father they will put him on anyway. As for the previous children, they will see if he beat them or not. If not then they do not care  in the courts eyes they can only rule based on the situation before them. They will see a father wanting time with their child but not wanting a relationship with a mother and the mother is mad and trying to use the child against the father. They will grant him custody. How much I cant tell you but yes he will get some form of custody. Thats why they say dont sleep with someone if you dont want to have them in your life forever. ***** but thats the reality. If you have doubts then you really need to call a family law attorney that offers free consultations and hear it from them yourself.

That also does not matter. Me and mt sister were taken from my mother by the state for sexual abuse. She would give us to pedophile druggies in exchange for drugs. She has 5 other kids now and the court ruled for them to all stay in her custody. So that doesnt mean anything momma. The court will see he is trying and take that at value.

Were they removed from his custody or from the mothers? There are a lot of different things that could factor into a judges decision regarding cases like this. But, having two kids in foster care doesn't help him very much lol

But he also has two kids in foster care. that proves if he doesn't get them back he shouldn't be around this kid. Cuz it shows he is not reasonable

He is entitled to seeing and spending time with his child. Unless he is physically abusive, drunk, drug abuser or has a very violent criminal history he will most likely be legally able to see his own child.

Yes. A lot of men dont take the mother of their child to and from appointments, and he is not obligated to spend time with you either  these days they dont care about any of that. If hes willing to pay the support to get time with his child then they will give him time.
