Walking and swimming. I do both. I do water workouts that are light and fun because i can be in the pool.
walking!! i walked everyday up until like 3 something weeks, then I just started getting too tired, but some people keep walking longer. My weight has been right on the whole pregnancy and I think it's because I walked a lot. You don't even have to walk a long time just do a little walk everyday whatever you feel good with. keep hydrated!!!!
