feeling pain. concerning or not?

I've had back pain from my last pregnancy and I'm pregnant again and working in a standing up rushing around environment. I still have back pain and sometimes it's worse than other days, thing is, I've been having a pelvic like pain and it hurts when I walk or stretch. The pain has lasted two days straight now. Anyone experienced this before. Any advice? Doctor said maybe just dehydration but I do drink plenty of water.

How far along are you? And if your dehydrated regular water won't really hydrate you. Your gonna need a type of water with added electrolytes or drink a bottle of Gatorade or power raid. And how many breaks are you taking at work do you wear comfy shoes? I'm 37wks about to be 38wks prego and cleaning my house makes my back hurt if I don't take frequent breaks. And every pregnancy is different baby might be laying or putting pressure close your back. I haven't really dealt with back pain through out my pregnancy to be honest though so I don't have much personnel experience I can share. Also I've been told poor posture can cause back pain hope you feel better soon

I take two breaks. Comfy shoes. I'm only 21 weeks. I try to stay with a good posture because I heard about that as well but nothing really helps unless it's a hot shower. But the pain is back after.

You should probably be taking more breaks 2 is standard for anyone who works a full 9-10 hour shift. And specially since your working in a standing/rushing around environment. Did you start showing recently? It can also just be the extra weight your body is not use to and it's taking its toll on you. If its really really unbearable you should go to see your doctor better safe than sorry
