have different days to get together and have your Christmas get together. as someone who grew up in a split family you have no choice but to do that, i spent Christmas day w my mom and then my dad picked us up the next day or so and we went and had Christmas with him and his family, the next year we would have Christmas day with him and then go to my moms. Or as my fiance and his ex do have half the day for one parent and the other halve for the other, switch every year. that way everyone gets to see everyone on Christmas day.
