food poisoning and 31wks pregnant

So last night my husband oldest son and I decided to go out to eat to this new place that we never eaten at before. Before we even got home my son was saying he didn't feel good and once we got home he had the runs. Didn't really think anything of it just thought something didn't sit with him well. Well later that night my husband wake-up around 3am and had the runs too. About 30mins later I ended being up with the runs to and bad cramping and feeling very sick (but never vomited) but my husband ended up vomiting most of the night (I'm so happy we have two bathrooms). All night I keep an eye on Liam (baby to be) and he was moving around okay. I ended up getting so sleep but when I did get up I still have the runs and not feel good at all. So since everyone doesn't feel good I'm come to the conclution that it has to be food poisoning. Should I go see my doctor and let him know ?? also I am a very high risk pregnancy. And should I call the place we eat and complain?? Like me and my son eat hamburgers and my husband has a land and sea dish so two different things and still we all get sick.

This is my main fear, is food poisoning. People think I am crazy cause I am very picky with my food and where I eat. My hubby, doesn't know much about hygiene and I am always on his back about food preparation, but all it takes is one case of Lysteria bacteria to cause trouble to your baby.

I did end up calling my doctor and he said if i continue feeling like poop for another hour then I should go in the L&D to be monitiored bc of my preterm labor issues and to make sure I'm getting enough liquids. So i'm going to wait until my husband gets home for lunch and then take it from there. And i am calling the place and I want my money back we payed 75$ for three people to eat not to get very sick.

It might be worth a call to your doctor.. sometimes diarrhea and irritated bowels can cause people to go into labor, contractions, etc.... One of the reasons why spicy food and castor oil are said to work... they say it wont do anything if your body is not ready but with your preterm labor issues, you never know when yo ucould be ready..

i would also file a complaint with the restaurant because obviously it is something going on there if all 3 of you got sick.. im not sure where they would go.. but you could see if you could get a refund at least.
