Crockpot meals are amazing. U just throw everything in the crockpot and let it go. I got a cookbook with all kinds of meals in it. They're so easy
I cook dinner once every two days, and just eat a bunch of snacks the rest of the time. Like granola bars and cereal.

I just remind myself that once my baby gets here how would I handle her eating habits? I wouldn't want to give her fast food all the time or pre-made meals because it's not nutritious. So that gives me motivation to get up and cook even though I don't feel like it. Trust me, I know how you feel. Plus, I've always hated cooking lol. But it's not all about me anymore.
Make smaller or easier meals. Or if you have a crockpot look for meals you can make with that. It's what I do if I don't feel like cookin a big meal. Or we get fast food.
