from clean eating to craving unhealthy?!

I used to eat RIDICULOUSLY healthy. I was clean eating and counting macros while training for a bikini competition. I never missed a day at the gym and I had abs for the first time in years, but 6 weeks out from my competition I found out I was 5 weeks pregant. I hadn't eaten fast food in over 4 years, no pops or sugary drinks. I only wanted water and my coffee of course. Now that im pregant I crave all of these unhealthy foods I worked so hard to stay away from. I know a little splurging isnt bad, but this is a constant daily thing. For the last couple days all I have craved (and given into) is kraft macaroni and cheese and buffalo anytizers. I havent worked out in like 2 weeks. I wanted to eat healthy throughout my pregnancy,but once I fell off the clean eating wagon I just can't hop back on. Anyone else having this problem? How did you overcome this?

Was the same way! And during the first trimester was horrible about working out,  just because of fatigue, and not feeling well. I am 18w now and the 2nd trimester has been waaaaaayyyy better!  It's wonderful I've been able to get back in the groove of things and it feels great!. Don't worry, you'll be able to bounce back. :)

Just dont over do it hun u deserve to eat ur bby doesn't want healthy food all the time a cheeseburger every nw n then wnt hurt ur pregnant u deserve watever ur heart desires dnt beat urself up over nothing just get bck on track once bby is born

Noo. U can get back going. In the long run it will be better for u & baby to get back into exercising and healthy eating. I have been fortunate both my pregnancies my babies love healthy foods. My 1st I kept up exercising as well. This pregnancy I was stuck on bed rest so had to forgo excercise but still eating healthy. Wish you well dear!
