ftm and i hate milk..

I hate milk even the flavored ones.. it just make me feel nauseous.. but scared knowing that i have to drink it or else il loose lots of calcium.. my mom kept telling me to drink more or else il loose my teeth when i deliver.. is that true? Coz i can only drink 1 a day after that i feel nauseous.. :(

Cows milk is actually a poor source of calcium, especially since we as humans don't even digest dairy that well. Almonds are very high in calcium though. Try snacking on some or using almond milk in cereal. Dark leafy greens are an excellent source as well.

I absolutely love milk, but it gives me horrible indigestion now that I'm pregnant. I take a tums (I know, more calcium), but for some reason it keeps the indigestion under control.

Oh..lol thanks.. il try it with cereal hope that it'll work.. i want to avoid being nauseous so that i could eat right throughout the day.. its just hard to add milk in it so i only drink once aday.. sometimes the other day..

I most def. get calcium from other foods, because I don't drink milk either. Lol

Have you tried it with cereal? Or just get your calcium from other foods. Idk ch foods have calcium but you can look them up (:

Just get calcium supplements same thing you won't lose your teeth but you are prone to more cavities amd whatnot
