full bladder?

How do you know you have a full bladder? I have an ultrasound on Wednesday and they told me to come in with a full bladder. the thing is every time i drink a oz of water it comes out of me like I've drank a gallon.

...at ur ultrasound. Try the excersize every time u pee bu stopping it instream to know ur doing it right. Kagles will help thru the whole pregnancy and during labor and delivery. congrats and good luck!

Start by wereing a panty liner or pad and sipping about 32oz about a half hr before and and the closer u get to in time drink a little more cus u may have to wait a little bit, so while in the waiting room ur constantly drinking ur water. And start doing kagel exersizes to strenghten ur pelvic floor muscles, its a good way to help hold in ur urin at the oltra

Thank you ladies. they told me an hour before i go in to drink water but i know i can't or wouldn't be able to keep it in for that long thanks tho i can't wait to see my little one :))

Wait until they start pressing on your bladder!i was scared I was going to wee there and then!

i drank two water bottles and didn't use the restroom until after the ultrasound. you just have to hold it!

Try drinking right before you go in there...maybe about 15mins prior.... :)....that's what I did and I had a full bladder
