gas pains?

Okay so this isn't my first pregnancy, & I know every one is different. BUT I never noticed or paid any attention to my other pregnancies this early on.. I will know for sure this next week if I am indeed pregnant. I have been having gas pains the last day or two & wondered if that is normal?

It is so uncomfortable..
Hoping it passes.
I took a pregnancy test today (way early) & got a negative reading, pretty sure that's why the negative reading, so I will be testing again later on in the week & maybe it'll be positive. Guess we'll see. The anticipation is killing me!
