Ahhh I'm going through the same thing I was 140 lbs now 190 & my bf never touchs me! So a few weeks ago I went shopping (on a budget) & got healthy foods and healthy sneaks for the times you do wanna just eat! And I feel better and I go to the mall as much as I can and walk around not only is it good for you but the baby! Good luck
I had the same problem I lost 30 lbs right before I got pregnant, and I've gained almost all of it back, so discouraging
You can still maintain a healthy weight. You will have to be prepared to put on a bit of weight just keep it healthy, not burger and softdrink induced :-P if I were you I would walk or swim everyday to maintain muscle tone and recovery after birth quicker and get a healthy diet plan from either your dr or a nutritionist that gives you enough calories and nutrients for a healthy bub and also keeps you trim. You can do this, just be strict with your lifestyle, good luck!

Not to much just eat healthy and excercise. because not all the weight u gain is urs some of it is babys weight

For now just eat healthy and excercise. an if hes not wanting to be intimate with u anymore just talk to him about it maybr hes just scared to hurt baby
U will lose ur weight pretty fast with breastfeeding
