I got PG after TTC over a year but sadly lost my baby at 6 w. I did an D&E the 4th of December. I got a bleeding as I thought was my AF after 5 weeks, but it turned out I was PG again. I never believed it would happen so soon as I had waited so long to get PG the first time. I think it can highly vary how soon you will get PG again. When your body is ready your little baby will come. I know it is hard, I have been through a m/c myself. I am soooo sorry for your loss. Try to keep your spirits and hopes up. Love

Everyone is different. Do you know why you miscarried? Have you had regular periods since the miscarriage? If you've been trying for over a year, you should contact your OBGYN and speak with them. They may refer you to a fertility specialist or they may run some tests, especially if your cycles have been abnormal since your loss.
