I went on a Navy assault raft while in Hawaii. It was so rough that my butt had bruises on it. I found out a week later that I was pregnant! Everything with baby is just fine. I would not worry to much, just don't do it again.

Yeah my only worry it was a little rough of a ride. It was on a little pontoon boat. I heard the rough waves could be a problem

I went on a cruise during my first trimester with my first. The Dr said it was fine and all was fine.  My only problem was a combo of morning and motion sickness.
