Ok. I'm a picky eater , I eat unhealthy .. but had made some healthy swaps ..
I'm currently taking prenatal gummies that include dha , & folic acid , it's a multivitamin ..
I stopped eating soo many bags of chips & cut back on the amounts ..
I have up bad fast food like taco bell & burger king for better places , like winsteads ( burger joint ) & steak + shake , but way less frequent...
I've bought fruits , Apple's & grapes , potatoes ( instant but real potatoes flakes ) which I eat everyday.
I try to at least drink two bottle of water & a bottle of juice ( I am a food person rather than beverage & water taste too funny ) I'm trying to do better ,
I don't like any green vegetables , nor seafood , & I don't eat much as it is ..
Will my prenatals have my back ? Lol
