hCG not doubling please help!

Hello,

My hCG levels were 94.5 (September 24th), 122.9 (September 26th) and today September 29th they were 139.6 . Is this considered a slow rise,  and are there any risks? My hCG hasn't been doubling is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this before?
*hCG only rose 45.1 in five days.

Please if anyone can help, thank you.

Ps. I am 4weeks and 2 days, I still have been spotting light here and there.

My doctor actually told me that I had miscarry but when my hCG went up from the 24th to the 26th she was kinda shocked. I'm just worried and hope nothing goes wrong: /

I never trust hcg levels. Mine weren't doubling and they told me I was going to miscarry. I didn't. Not giving false hope just giving my story
