Internal OS opened

Pregnant with 20 weeks. as per obstetric scan quote " Internal os is opened and measures 16mm. Herniation of amniotic sac into the cervical canal noted. The herniated sac measures 35*21mm. Cervical length measures 4 cms. Tubular anechoic lesion noted in right adnexa ? hydrosalpinx. Another small cystic lesion noted in left adnexa measuring 30*25mm." unquote.

The doctor advised for complete rest leg side at upper height. Chance of miscarriage/abortion is more as ifnformed by doctor.

can anybody comment. how to avoid abortion ? what precautions to be taken at this stage ?

regards
Giti
