My story:)
Hey ladies!
So heres my labor story.
April 22
Around 9/10a i had pink liquid when i wiped after i used the restroom,
About an hr later, i went again but this time is was a dark redish and a bit gooey and stringy. So i assumed i was loosing my mucous plug.
Well after having lunch at 2:30, and coming home chilling while hubby showered it turned 4. Well i was watching some repeated episodes of Jersey shore. And guess what, i laughed so hard, i broke my water at exactly 4:08.
Well i went down stairs to tell my
M.I.L and B.I.L too. And they thought i was kidding but i wasnt. Well that morning after the pinkie stuff i put on a big pad "just in case" and good thing too i leaked alot!!! Well finally i tell hubby, and we head to hospital. Got admitted after they confirmed water broke, so between 5:10-5:30. Well i didnt start getting contractions, well more like i didn't feel them until around 10 pm.

Well i didn't want epidural so i didn't have one, well my oh my i was in terrible pain between 1a-7a i literally cried. Hubby was so sad, couldn't really help me out:( well they were really bad bc they gave me pitocin so of course contractions got closer and closer. Well around 3pm i was finally 10cm and 100 eff. So we were doing some practice pushes with the nurse. After about 40mins she let me rest. Came back 45mins later. Tried again for an hr this time. And we could see his head! Still not under the pelvic bone though. Well after that. I had about an hr break. Nurse and my doctor came in to try and pushing again. After pushing for an hour and a half. Doctors call it an emergency csec. And boom within 10min was in the back on the table. But bc im anemic, and have really really low platelet count, which can cause me to bleed out. They put me under anesthesia. And bam ten mins later. Hes out. So big, no wonder he couldn't go under pelvic bone! Lol and an hr later i woke up and got to see him around 10pm:) so yeah all in all, i was in labor 27 hours on the dot. I was very swollen! Now im better, just sleepy...very sleepy haha

How could you rest and not push? I felt like I was gonna die when they told me I couldn't push! I tried doing the breathing but I couldn't not push! Crazy. Congrats though mama. Big beautiful baby.
