Screw over the counter medicine lol I've been going to a naturopathic doc since I was like 5 and I'm never sick never need anti biotics  no fvaccines, nothing, here is a recipe, ginger root, horse radish root, half an onion four big cloves of garlic, fresh cayenne pepper (cayenne is hard to find so as a secondary you can use habanero) cover the veggies with apple cider vinegar, blend. Take about 1/4 of a shot you can chase it with juice or full the shot glass the rest of the way with juice...out does not taste good AT ALL but take it morning and night and you will be better very quick, its good to take even if your not stuck just to keep your immune system up

Im feeling the same.. i just drink a lot of water, rest and kind of let it take its course and i usually catch it before it gets too bad. Most meds just covers up the symptoms it doesnt actually make it go away so thats why i choose not to take it.. u can take anything the previous post said if it gets too bad.. good luck!
