I was wondering if anyone else wakes up with a headache?? I have been for the last 2 days and idk what to do or what is causing them! Could it be not enough sleep?? Btw im 28+4

Your blood pressure could be high. Most of the time bad headaches can be caused by high blood pressure

you can also try sucking on a mint or peppermint. hope your headache is gone soon

Yeah i drink lots of water maybe its the hormones idk but thanks for answering im gonna take tylenol and try to go back to sleep

Maybe your not hydrated enough, are you drinking plenty of water? Plus at that stage your blood volume has doubled so headaches can come from that as well.
